Established in 1983 as Nadeem Yusaf & Associates, a partnership with Mr. Nadeem Faiz Rana and Mr. Yusaf Saeed. After Mr. Rana's departure in 1996, the firm became Yusaf Saeed & Company with Mr. Aamir Salim Toor as a new partner. In July 2010, Mr. Abdul Ghaffar joined as a partner after initially serving as a consultant from July 2009.
The firm is on the auditors' panel of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan and is pursuing approval from the State Bank of Pakistan. As a member of the global network ANTEA, Alliance of Independent Firms, YSC is committed to delivering quality services. The firm has undergone multiple QCR reviews by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and is on their satisfactory quality list.

Mr. Aamir Salim Toor is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Toor deals with the audit and assurance department of the firm. Mr. Toor has substantial experience in computerized data processing, project feasibility studies, financial systems design and implementation.
Mr. Abdul Ghaffar

Mr. Abdul Ghaffar, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, manages a range of assignments in public and private sectors, including feasibility studies and tax audits. With previous experience in manufacturing and service organizations, he currently leads ERP implementation at CNS-YSC Business Solutions, focusing on financial system design.
Mr. Saad Bin Khalid
Director
Mr. Saad Bin Khalid, a fellow member of the ICA of Pakistan and associate member of the ICA in England & Wales, brings over 30 years of experience in special project studies for both public and private sectors, with a focus on audit & assurance in the UK and Pakistan, including assignments for USAID, World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank in Pakistan.
